Tom remains constantly focused on raising the profile of the DCS Group to promote our extensive range of recruitment solutions, within our chosen markets and sectors. Progressing from a .net recruiter to a sales director with experience in permanent, contract and SOW recruiting as well as solution selling. Dan has built teams in multiple sectors and has lofty expectations for DCS Technology. High performance and my people remain his ultimate passion.

Mark joined the board of DCS in July 2019 and also become the Director of DCS Rail in February 2020. With over 30 years’ experience in the human capital sector, he spent most of his early career with the NES Group where he was part of the Senior Management team that delivered a successful exit for Bridgepoint with the VC backed MBO in 2006. This involved a triple track process involving AIM, Trade and Private Equity. Following that Mark was the Head of Brand at Roevin which was Engineering and Construction are of Adecco in the UK and then moved the Millbank Group.
Mark is a proven professional that brings positive results to whatever challenge has been set. Enthusiastic and energetic, dedicated to the personal development of others, goal orientated with the ability of working with people on all decision-making levels.
