As we have finalised and analysed our performance in H1 we wanted to share and celebrate some key elements of success. This is the first H1 of Technology’s existence which has developed into our wider stem offering. With DCS Technology and DCS Engineering our incubator brands.

We have achieved so much from a standing start including:
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 1-8 Staff in 6 months.
💷 Immediately profitable.
💥 Over 130% over target from a standing start Month 1-6.
🛠 In May following our Tech success opened our 2nd brand in our STEM plan with DCS Engineering.
🖥 Two brand new brand with over 5k of followers.
🙌 70 Placements across perm and contract.
🤯 Two of our team had their best quarters ever in Q2.
🍲 4 Directors lunch club qualifiers and 2 H1 Holiday qualifiers.
🕴 We have engaged in 35 new client relationships and conducted 70 key meetings.

All in a tough market. 6 months down with 6 to go we are excited to see what H2 brings here at DCS Recruitment.
